 Your Scooper Heroes helps make dog ownership even better by taking care of the stinky chores. Get started with our pet waste removal service in minutes! 

1. Sign Up For Services

 Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, or contact us via website or email.

2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup  

 Once you sign up for services a Scooper Heroes representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process. 

3. Setup Customer Portal

 Once you setup a customer portal, you will have access to setup payment method and see invoices. 

4. Attach Payment Method

 All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Your Scooper Heroes will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
